This policy explains what information johntaylor.realestate (the “site”) collects and how it is used. The site is operated by John Taylor, a REALTOR® with In Depth Realty.

Information You Give Me

When you use the contact form or the HOA check form, I receive the information you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, and message. I use it only to respond to you and to help with your real estate questions. A private copy of each form submission is kept on this site, visible only to me, so a message isn’t lost if an email fails to arrive; these copies are deleted automatically after 90 days. When you book a call, the booking is handled by Google Calendar, and Google receives the details you enter under Google’s privacy policy.

Address Lookups

If you use the address checker on the Zions eligibility map, the address you type is sent to the U.S. Census Bureau’s public geocoding service to find its census tract. Addresses are not linked to your name and are not used for marketing.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, the site and its hosting provider (Hostinger) record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and use cookies needed for the site to work and load quickly. The map tool loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap.

Website Analytics

I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site, the general area they’re browsing from, the type of device, and whether they clicked to call, text, book a call, or submitted a form. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect this information. I use it only to improve the site and don’t use it to identify you personally. I don’t send the contents of forms you fill out to Google Analytics. Google’s use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How Information Is Shared

I don’t sell your personal information. I may share it with my brokerage, In Depth Realty, as required for my work as a licensed agent, with service providers that run the site, or when required by law.
