West Salt Lake Townhomes and Condos

West Salt Lake, including neighborhoods like Rose Park, Glendale, Poplar Grove, and Fairpark, offers some of the most affordable ways to live minutes from downtown. Most of the area is single-family homes, but townhome communities and smaller condo buildings offer a lower-cost path to ownership. When my wife and I were shopping for our own home, there were townhomes in West Salt Lake we really liked.

Why West Salt Lake

• Close to downtown and the airport, with quick access to I-15, I-80, and the TRAX Green Line.
• The Jordan River Parkway for walking and biking.
• Lower prices than the east side for comparable space.
